Anthony Moss AIWS

Anthony joined the trust in 2004 having previously worked for Sainsbury’s and S.H.Jones. Since joining, he has overseen research projects with the alcohol industry, WSET educators and students that have helped guide reforms to the WSET qualifications and study materials. He has a particular passion for Champagne, and delivers diploma lectures for sparkling wine and Spain. He passed his MW theory and tasting exams in 2007, and is now completing his dissertation.

Outside of the trust, his main interest is music –especially 20^th Century classical composers such as Berg, Ives, Janacek and Sibelius. He has composed music for theatre, and plays the trombone. He also enjoys travel in non-wine-producing regions, when he can make the time.
