Who is the course for?The Professional Spirits Certificate Level 2 is an introductory course suitable for anyone wishing to broaden their knowledge of spirits. You will acquire a good understanding of the different types and main styles of spirits, important brands and the production factors that influence style, quality and price. If you are an employer wishing to train your staff this course will equip them with a sound level of product knowledge suitable for those employed in drinks and cocktail service. |

Confirmation, joining instructions and study materials will be sent to you in the post once payment has been received. Students booking less than 10 working days prior to the course will collect materials on the first day of course or may have materials delivered within the UK by special 24 hour delivery on payment of the appropriate fee.
