What level of knowledge will I need to start the Novice to professional course? This course is specifically designed for a student with no prior knowledge of wine and spirits and who would like to study to Advanced level. The course covers the basic knowledge required to enter the Advanced course as well as covering the Advanced course content. The Novice to Professional Level 3 course The course does not require entrants to have any prior knowledge of wines and spirits the course is taught through a series of extended advanced subject sessions that cover Advanced and Intermediate level material and will be supported by a series of tutored tastings and a visit to a vineyard and winery. Students will also have access to an online classroom for the duration of the course and two weeks prior to the course start. Please note that it is essential for students enrolling on the course to have access to the internet. The course will be taught over two weeks (Monday - Friday). Each day will end with an examination technique workshop. | |
