Distilling Knowledge - A Professional Guide to Spirits and Liqueurs

Following a consultation with the wine and spirits industries, the WSET became aware of the need to give the spirits element a greater emphasis within its qualifications. This resulted in the creation of the WSET Professional Certificate in Global Spirits, and an increaded emphasis on spirits in all its qualifications particularly at Diploma level.
