This immersive and informative course explores the major grape varieties and important regions of the world. You’ll learn about the factors that affect style, quality and price, the basics of wine production, key labelling terminology and important classifications.
On successful completion of the qualification, you'll be able to understand key styles and describe wines with confidence.
This study option requires that you complete most of the recommended 12 hours of study prior to your first day in the classroom - we recommend booking in advance to allow yourself time to receive and read your materials.
