10:00-11:30 Decoding the WSET Diploma | presented by Jingwei Sun, Business Development Manager, WSET
The WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines is an expert-level qualification covering all aspects of wine. Hosted by the WSET, this masterclass is an invaluable chance to get some first-hand information on the program. Jingwei will introduce the Diploma program followed by a blind tasting of three wines simulating the exam conditions.
As the Vintner’s Cup winner 2015, presented to the student achieving the highest aggregate marks in the WSET Level 4 Diploma, Jingwei might be the best person to talk to if you are interested in the program.

This masterclass provides an exceptional opportunity to explore different types of colourless spirits, including both the unsung heroes mostly used as blending components of cocktails and the solo stars to be drunk neat such as Chinese baijiu.
As one of the very few WSET Certified Spirits Educators based in China, Roger will introduce five classical types of colourless spirits followed by a tasting of five samples using the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting (SAT).

Wine professionals learn to taste wine in a logical, systematic and above all professional manner. The WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting (SAT) is designed to build individuals’ skills progressively through the different qualification levels.
