Join this webinar to learn more about grappa - the Italian grape-based pomace brandy. Where traditional brandy and grape spirits distil the grape juice, grappa uses the pomace - the leftover grape skins from the winemaking process. In this session, we will cover the raw materials and the importance of the pomace, the distillation method, maturation processes, and flavour profiles.
This webinar is free to attend and open to anyone, no prior spirits knowledge is needed. The new series of bitesize 30-minute webinars are ideal for beginners looking to learn more about spirits.
