In order to give something back to local people in gentrified areas, Hannah created The Mixing Class which provides bar training and WSET spirits education to help them thrive in the hospitality business. The Mixing Class is the leading independent supplier of WSET spirits education with courses in London, Denmark and Australia.
At the start of 2019 Hannah founded the Cocktail QTs, an LGBTQIA network for those in the cocktail and spirits industry, providing a family and support network for those in the bar industry.
