After her grandfather opened a special bottle of wine for her 16th birthday, Julie wanted to find out more about that bottle and began reading about wine.
Since then, she's held the posts of Head Sommelier and Sommelier at some of Dublin's top restaurants, including: Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud and The Greenhouse Restaurant. In 2017, Julie passed the WSET Sake Level 3 with distinction.
