How much does it cost?
The cost includes all study materials, wine samples, tuition, and examination.
Two consecutive Saturdays
This hands-on course teaches students through sight, smell and taste, to understand more about wine. By the end of the course you’ll be able to taste wine using a systematic approach, and be able to identify the main styles of wine. You’ll also learn the key principles of food and wine pairing and be able to apply these to your own food and wine choices.
The course takes place on two consecutive Saturdays - 10th and 17th March 2018, with classes starting at 10.30am and finishing at 2pm. Please note, you will be required for registration at 10.15am on the first day.
