How much does it cost?
Wine microbiology and fermentation is a rich and fascinating area, crucial to wine quality and subject to many developments. In this tasting we will discuss the role micro-organisms play in winemaking and how they impact the quality and site expression of wine. The session will offer tastes of wine yeast and bacteria trials to understand the impact of microorganisms on flavour profile. Led by Sam Harrop MW, in conjunction with Lallemand Oenology.

Transfer requests will be accepted up to two weeks before each event.
- Up to 2 weeks before the tasting you will receive a refund less 10%.
