This course is a great starting point for the novice wine enthusiast, or those starting a career in wine or hospitality.
Two consecutive Saturdays
This hands-on course teaches students through sight, smell and taste, to understand more about wine.
By the end of the course you’ll be able to taste wine using a systematic approach, and be able to identify the main styles of wine. You’ll also learn the key principles of food and wine pairing and be able to apply these to your own food and wine choices.
The course takes place on two consecutive Saturdays - 14 and 21 March 2020, with classes starting at 10:30am and finishing at 14:00pm. Please note, you will be required for registration at 10:15am on the first day.
