A high-level course in wines, ideal for anyone working with wines or for the serious enthusiast.
16 consecutive Thursday evenings
This course will develop to a high-level your ability to describe wine accurately, and account in detail for the style, quality and price of wines. Our experienced educators will assist you to develop your analytic tasting abilities through a carefully selected series of 82 wine samples.
The course takes place over 16 Thursday evenings. 12, 19, 26 March, 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 April, 7, 14, 21, 28 May, 4, 11, 18 and 25 June 2020. Please note, you will be required for registration at 6:00pm on the first day.

This course is open to students who have passed the Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits. If you do not hold the Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits, but have obtained the relevant knowledge and experience, you are eligible to gain entry through successful completion of an online entry test. Please be sure that you either have the relevant qualification, or that you have completed the online entry test BEFORE you book, as failure to meet these requirements may result in loss of booking and an administrative cancellation fee.
