Honami Matsumoto

Sake Educator

Honami has been working with wine and sake for more than 15 years. She loves teaching and conducting consumer sake tastings, sharing her passion for good sake, and helping people to appreciate sake more in everyday life in the UK and beyond.

Natsuki Kikuya

Sake Educator

Natsuki's sake journey began in 2009 when she worked in Tokyo's sake retail shop, Hasegawa Saketen, then later as a Sake Sommelier at Zuma & Roka restaurants in London. In 2013, she launched Museum of Sake, an agency that provides education and promotes sake. She teaches all level of WSET sake qualification at WSET School London.

Shane Jones DipWSET

Sake and Wine Educator

Having tired of working in an office, Shane took the plunge in 2011 and turned his passion into his profession by joining the drinks industry. He passed the WSET Level 3 Award in Sake with Distinction and is also a graduate of the Japan Sake and Shochu Academy. He is also a Certified Sake Sommelier.

"I think wine and sake education can be just as powerful as being able to read. It opens up a new world for exploration and gives you confidence."
