How the theory exam works at Level 3 – webinar for prospective students

Register for free

Don’t let the theory exam put you off studying the Level 3 Award in Wines! In this one-hour webinar, Julia Lambeth DipWSET will explain why and answer your questions.

Event details

At Level 3, students are challenged to show a more detailed understanding of the course content compared to Levels 1 and 2, and this is evaluated in the form of short written answer questions in the exam. These questions require students to write out answers in their own words, and are often considered to be the most difficult part of the assessment. But don't let this challenge put you off from enroling on the qualification!

In this webinar, educator Julia Lambeth DipWSET will explain how the Level 3 theory exam develops from Level 2, what knowledge and skills it tests you on, and how you can prepare for it. You’ll get the chance to ask Julia questions about how the theory exam works, and hopefully leave the session feeling confident to take the next step in your wine education journey.

If you can’t attend live, don’t worry – just register and you’ll be sent the recording of the event.

Who is this session for?

  • Anyone who is currently studying the Levels 1 or 2 Awards in Wines
  • Anyone who has completed the Level 2 Award in Wines but is nervous about signing up for Level 3
  • Anyone who thinks they don't have the skills to pass the Level 3 theory exam – you do!
