Join us for an educational small-group trip to Mendoza, the heart of Argentine wine country.
Over six unforgettable days, you’ll explore Mendoza’s most iconic and important regions - from ‘the cradle of Malbec’ Luján de Cuyo to the extra high elevations of the Uco Valley, and deep dives into premium GIs like Las Compuertas and Gualtallary.
Each visit will be guided by winemakers or agronomists, and you’ll also be joined by two WSET School London Diploma Educators, Anjali Douglas DipWSET and Russell Dent DipWSET.
You’ll not only visit some of the region’s most premium and influential producers such as Catena Zapata and Zuccardi but will also explore a range of other boutique and dynamic wineries to get a full picture of the region. Whilst this trip will be packed with visits, there are also several evenings and an afternoon free for you to explore, recharge, shop or continue tasting!

This is an education-forward trip, perfect for those who want to get under the skin of this iconic region, learn from the people who make some of your favourite wines. Due to the advanced educational content of the visits, tickets are open to those who have passed their WSET Level 3 Award in Wines (and above). Terms and conditions
- This trip is suitable for those who have passed their WSET Level 3 Award in Wines at a minimum.
- The trip price does not include travel to and from Mendoza, airport transfers, general travel expenses outside of the planned itinerary, or travel insurance.
- WSET School strongly advises all attendees to purchase travel insurance to cover this trip as soon as the booking is made
- Some of the trips and activities are weather dependent. In the case of bad weather, an alternative activity or trip of equal value will be selected instead.
- We can accommodate vegetarian attendees, but if you have any other dietary requirements, please email adouglas@wsetglobal.com prior to booking.
- This price includes a single occupancy stay. If you would prefer to share with somebody, please email adouglas@wsetglobal.com prior to booking.
Cancellation and transfers
- You may cancel your booking within two weeks of your booking date and receive a full refund. Two weeks after your booking date, we will be unable to offer refunds.
- One month before the trip commences, this policy will cease and we will be unable to offer refunds.
- WSET School reserves the right to cancel this event. In such cases, a full refund or transfer will be offered.
