Adrian is the Head Sake Sommelier and Director of Inter Rice Asia, a sake distributor in Singapore. Adrian’s deep-set interest for Japanese sake stemmed from his love of Japanese cuisine and culture.
Adrian developed The Art of Sake to educate consumers and promote the enjoyment of Japan’s national beverage through curated events and food pairing sessions. Adrian has been certified by the Sake Service Institute, Sake Sommelier Association and Sake Education Council.
