Christian has worked in the hotel F&B industry for ten years, and his has helped top hotel brands launch in China. Brands included: the Amanfayun Luxury Boutique Resort, Hangzhou; the JW Marriott, Hangzhou; and, the Park Hyatt, Ningbo.
In late 2012, Christian was appointed as the Chief Sommelier by Noah's Yacht Club On the Bund in Shanghai. His duties meant he was in charge of the club’s wine cellar and managing the team of sommeliers.
