Qian Janice Wang
Janice is an assistant professor in Food Science at Aarhus University. Previously, she completed her PhD at the University of Oxford. Her research examines how sound can modify and enhance the way we perceive food and drink. Her work has been covered in the Financial Times and the Economist.
Janice was the two-time President of the Oxford University Blind Tasting Society and has completed the WSET Wine Educator course. She is currently working on her WSET Diploma certification.
